What CALIBR is

CALIBR is a coaching and program-quality tool. It is not an employment-decision system, and reviews must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, discipline, or compensation decisions.

Credits

[COUNSEL] Credits are prepaid usage; they never expire. Refund/misfire policy: a wrong transcript, duplicate submission, or engine error reported within 7 days of the review returns the credit. Disagreement with a score is the dispute path, not a refund.

Consent responsibility

[COUNSEL] The organization attests it holds guardian consent for any minor participant before submitting a session for review. CALIBR blocks grading when a participant flagged as a minor lacks consent on file.
